The application file must contain the following documents:

- - A handwritten request.
- - A copy of the required title or diploma.
- - A copy of the National ID card.

Every candidate must present the handwritten request with the accurate and the detailed determination of:
The Section and the Specialty
- Information form filled out by the candidate.
Admitted candidates must complete their administrative files with the following documents:
- - A copy of the document justifying the situation with regard to national service.
- - Certificate of Residence (01).
- - Birth certificate.
- - Medical certificate (Phthisiology and General Aptitudes).
- - Two (02) identity photos.
Important: Concerning employees, their participation is subject to the employer’s authorization.
- Selection criteria:
- 1. Suitability of the candidate's training profile with the requirements of the body or the grade open to competition.
- 2. Diploma evaluation.
- 3. Scientific work carried out by the candidate in his/her field or specialty before or after obtaining the required diploma, if applicable.
- 4. Professional experience acquired by the candidate in the specialty.
5. The interview with the selection committee.
- Appeal: Unsuccessful candidates may appeal to the Rector of the university.
