The application file must contain the following documents:
. A handwritten request.
. A copy of the required title or diploma.
. A copy of the National ID card.
. Information form filled out by the candidate.
Admitted candidates must complete their administrative files with the following documents:
. A copy of the document justifying the situation with regard to national service.
. Certificate of Residence (01).
. Birth certificate(01).
. Medical certificate (Phthisiology and General Aptitudes).
. Two (02) identity photos.
Important: Concerning employees, their participation is subject to the employer’s authorization.
- Selection criteria:
1. Suitability of the candidate's training profile with the requirements of the body or the grade open to competition.
2. Rating of the diploma.
3. Scientific work carried out by the candidate in his/her field or specialty before or after obtaining the required diploma, if applicable.
4. Professional experience acquired by the candidate in the specialty.
5. The interview with the selection jury.
- Appeal: Unsuccessful candidates may appeal to the university Director.
Complete files must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of the first publication of this poster in a national daily newspaper via the digital platform “Progres” on the link below: https://progres.mesrs.dz/webrecrutement
The application file submission period has been set from May 7, 2025, to May 27, 2025.
