Decree No. 169 dated November 29, 2025, grants accreditation to higher education institutions, including USTHB, to organize doctoral training within doctoral schools on the theme “Promotion of Visibility”. This decree defines the training arrangements leading to the PhD degree and sets the number of pedagogical positions opened for the 2025–2026 academic year.
