Inscription in magister

The contests of access in magister are organized each year in
September ; consult the listings which will be published on the national press and on this portal.

The inscriptions and reinscriptions in Magister will be taken
until November 30 of the current year directly from the service of post graduation of the Faculty.

The students must directly contact the annex of rectorate to remove the necessar papers to constitute the file of inscription or re-inscription.

The complete file and duly signed by the dean of faculty, the head of department and thesis director (or the professor responsible for the 1st year of Magister) will be deposited by the student in the service of post-graduation.

The file of first inscription

  • A request for inscription (form).
  • An authorization of inscription in post-graduation (form).
  • A request for inscription for the candidates not exerting in the USTHB (form).
  • Identification fiche of the subject (form).
  • An extract of PV of the Scientific Council having ruled the first inscription of the candidate.
  • A certificate of equivalence for diplomas obtained abroad.
  • Certified photocopies of the diplomas (including the Baccalaureat).
  • A card of teaching synthesis of pedagogical follow-up (for students enrolled for the first time in the first post-graduation).
  • A declaration on honor for students have no paid employment (form).
  • A birth certificate.
  • A certificate of nationality for the students born abroad.
  • Two photos.
  • A certificate of function for the academic year in court.
  • A stamped envelope made out with the address of the candidate.
  • Receipt for Payment of the registration fees 200.00 DA (for candidates outside USTHB, and those which do not exert a remunerated function).

The file of re inscription

  • A request for inscription (form).
  • An authorization of inscription in post-graduation (form).
  • A request for inscription for the candidates not exerting in the USTHB (form).
  • An extract of PV of the Scientific Council in the event of change of subject or Thesis director.
  • Two photos.
  • A declaration on honor for students have no paid employment (form).
  • A certificate of function for the academic year in court.
  • A civil status certificate in the event of change of civil status.
  • Receipt for Payment of the registration fees 200.00 DA (for candidates outside USTHB, and those which do not exert a remunerated function).

N.B : The files will be treated at the time of deposit and any incomplete file or not in conformity will be rejected
